Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. BY PROCEEDING TO PAY A DEPOSIT YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PAYMENT: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will go towards the final balance on the day of service. The final payment will be due in cash, card on file or a physical card. EARLY MORNING FEE: An additional $45 will apply for starting before 8am. Before 7.30am - $50 and before 7.00am - $55. If clients are traveling to me, please only bring 1 additional person with you and they must wait outside in the waiting area. Due to Sola Salon’s policy, we do not allow any children unsupervised outside of suites. Please plan accordingly. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if I'm made to feel uncomfortable, threatened or verbally abused in any way. You will be asked to leave the premises. I have the right to leave the premises without completing services. Deposits will not be returned. CANCELATION POLICY: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all deposits will be fully refunded immediately. To ensure consistent service quality and availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows me to manage my schedule effectively and continue providing a high standard of service to all clients.
